Moore Clinic's sports medicine program is one of the most comprehensive in the state.  We currently provide medical services, including 'on the field' medical coverage and school pre-participation physicals, to 15 schools.  The schools that our staff proudly covers includes:

Partnered Organizations

The Moore Clinic Sports Medicine team is proud to be partnered with the Sports Health Division of Providence Hospital's Orthopaedic and NeuroSpine Institute.  Dr. Wendell Holmes serves as the Medical Director of this program, which includes four certified athletic trainers that serve several high schools and middle schools in the Columbia area.
