High School Pre-participation Physicals

It's Pre-Participation Physical Time!  Please be sure to call our clinic or the athletic trainer at your school for any questions about the physical screenings we will be holding.  The 2010 pre-participation physican screening will be held on Saturday, May 8th.  This will be held at Moore Clinic's surgery center in Lexington (off of Hwy 378).  Registration begins at 8:00am.  The cost of the physical screening is ten dollars ($10) per student-athlete and 100% of that amount will be donated back to each school's athletic training department.  

Please note that any middle or high school student-athlete in the Midlands area is invited to participate in these physical screenings.  All 'walk-in' students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in order to sign the necessary consent forms.  If you are not sure if your school is participating with Moore Clinic or Providence Hospital's sports medicine programs, please call (803)227-8159.
