Downtown Location

The downtown Moore Clinic office location houses physician offices, physical therapy services, occupational therapy services, and x-ray. We are located on the second floor of the 14 Richland Medical Park, therefore, you can come on in the parking garage adjacent to our building, park on the second floor and enter at the main entrance (sliding glass doors).
