Scoliosis-Spine Deformity Center

Moore Orthopaedics' Scoliosis-Spine Deformity Center provides care for pediatric patients, ages newborn to skeletal maturity, with acute or chronic orthopaedic problems. Diagnostic and treatment management programs are provided for patients with musculoskeletal abnormalities. Our clinic is headed by Dr. Mark Locke, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic physician who specializes in the treatment of fractures and orthopaedic-related diseases in children. Dr. Locke has become experienced in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of scoliosis, a condition where the spine curves abnormally. He has pioneered several approaches to pediatric spinal fusion surgery and leg fracture surgery using plates to rebuild the damage. Currently, Dr. Locke is collaborating with an orthopaedic products company to develop a new device and technique to treat infant hip dislocations. Under his expert guidance, patients will receive the ultimate in the latest technology for all forms of treatment concerning spine injuries or deformities. Another example of how Moore Orthopaedics is leading the field in the application and evaluation of new techniques. And how we can improve the quality of your life.
