Workers Compensation

Patients who have suffered a work related illness, injury, or disease are potentially elligible for Worker's Compensation benefits.  A nurse case manager or worker's compensation adjuster must initiate contact for all evaluations for patients who are filing under worker's compensation for medical services.  Moore Clinic staff will not initiate any contact with a patient's employer.
